Shanna Hunt, FNP
I am so excited to be joining the We Care team! There's no place like home and this home is like no place I've ever worked before. It doesn't feel like work; it feels like fun and family. Robin and Dr. Ross are incredibly kind and thoughtful. Lynn is so pleasant. Amy, McKenna and Julie are smart and caring. I love it here!
I have previously worked as a family nurse practitioner in Gilbert since 2011. Prior to that, I worked for over a decade as an RN in various hospitals and units including medical, surgical, ICU, CVICU, recovery room and cardiac telemetry units.
Outside of work, I like to travel, read, garden, camp, be outdoors and make art. I especially love watercolor and mosaic mediums.
I have a great deal of experience performing women's well check exams, seeing children and providing sick and wellness care to men and women across the lifespan. I am excited to meet the patients of We Care and to get to know you better!
Jordan Ross, DO
On May 1st, 2007, I opened my “dream practice,” We Care Family Wellness Center, an integrated Osteopathic Family Practice serving all ages and offering a full scale of family practice services along with specialty Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine in a small, personal, and friendly environment. I am thrilled to work with my wife Robin (office manager) , Shanna Hunt, FNP, our talented nurse practitioner, our superior staff of nurses (Amy, Julie and McKenna), all R.N.’s and our faithful receptionist Lynn. I am so excited to bring We Care to the next level as we re-invent ourselves as a Direct Primary Care practice.
Amy Rohr, RN
I am a native of Arizona and live here with my husband and my three kids. I graduated from ASU in the fall of 2002 with a degree in nursing. Never did I imagine working in family practice as a RN, but I have LOVED every minute of it, even when incredibly challenging. There is truly no doctor like Dr. Ross. He and his wife, Robin, are not only friends, but have become our family. I love We Care and the opportunity to love and serve patients in this capacity and hope to continue on this journey for many years to come
McKenna Woodford, RN
I am the most recent RN to join the We Care team. An Arizona native, I graduated from Washington State University where I played varsity volleyball. I am following my calling as a nurse, helping as many people as I can, all with a smile. In addition to my position at We Care, I work med/surg and oncology units at Chandler Regional Hospital.
Julie Santarone, RN
I was born in Tonawanda, a suburb of Buffalo, NY. I moved to Gilbert in 2008 with my husband and our 2 children. I have worked in Medical/Surgical nursing, Adult ICU, neonatal ICU, school nursing, as well as family practice. I love working with my great team at
We Care.
Lynn Faust, Receptionist
I have spoken to all of you but haven't had the pleasure of meeting all of you. I have lived both in Arizona and Georgia and currently reside in GA. I'm happy to be part of the We Care team while also watching my grandkids grow.
Robin Ross,
Practice Manager
I grew up in Massachusetts in the Boston area. Dr Ross and I met during our freshman year in college at Tufts University in Medford Massachusetts, in a calculus class. I watched him work hard through the pre-med process, and then we endured 8 long winters in Chicago for his medical school, internship, and residency. Along the way I went to graduate school, got a couple of degrees, neither of which help run a medical practice. I had to learn quickly how to keep the practice running when we opened.
